There was no verbal communication between me and the service person. I got a text that the car was ready, but no opportunity to review what was done with the car or opportunity to ask questions. I had to find someone to figure out where to pay the bill. I was helped when I found the person that I checked the car in with, but even he had to search around to see who the service person was.
