Service was good, and took maybe 2 hours to complete service when advised it would be 1 to 1.5 hours. I can live with that, but the on-line portion said it was going to take 5 hours for anticipated com service when advised it would be 1 to 1.5 hours. So I called the main service number and left a message. No reply, so I called Walser's main number and asked them not to transfer me, but to get an actual person to talk to. She said she would take a message and send it directly to them and have them call me back. NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK!!!! I guess I should have left a message with Premier Garage Door, maybe they would have called me back. More
