I brought our car in to fix our recall issue. When I checked in, I specifically asked them to also check the tire pressure for all 4 tires due to the cold weather temps we were experiencing. When the car was ready, I asked again - "Did you check the tire pressure?" The gentleman said "yes, they should have done that AND they would have topped off the windshield wiper fluid". Great; I took him at his word. About an hour later - I'm driving down the freeway ... and no joke, the low tire pressure light goes off. I had to pull into a Discount Tire location, have them check the tire pressure. Of course the tires were low. They filled the tires and sent me on my way. I'm annoyed because this is exactly what I asked Honda to check before I left their location. Additionally, when I got home, I checked the windshield wiper fluid - to see if they indeed "topped it off" as they said they did. Sadly, that wasn't done either. More
