The service to put in the fuel pump was prompt and concise. Ordering the fuel pump on the other hand was a disaster. Service team who orders parts and creates invoices needs work. What has happened to acknowledging customers upon arrival to the service department? I arrived, parked my car, stood outside my vehicle and waited. Waited. I saw three male staff members at their computer to the service department? I arrived, parked my car, stood outside my vehicle and waited. Waited. I saw three male staff members at their computers and not one looked up to acknowledge my presence! Finally, Dominic acknowledged me pleasantly, inquired about my service appointment and proceeded to start my service appointment. He was a friendly and helpful male staff member. I would also like to acknowledge another friendly male staff member, Brian. Brian acknowledged my presence and offered his assistance in regards to my vehicle. Thankfully Dominic was already in search of my car for pickup. The delay was a lack of follow up on the car jockey’s part, Greg, as he forgot to check where it was and so I waited again. Dominic located my car and gave me a short explanation with his apologies. Dominic and Brian are the staff I would be happy to recommend to family and friends! The rest of your service staff could use a refresher in customer service. Maybe Dominic and Brian could refresh the older male staff members! More
