Left the vehicle at the dealership at 9:45 a. m., rather than waiting for it to be looked at and repaired. Big mistake! Took them five (5) hours to diagnose the problem. Took another two (2) h m., rather than waiting for it to be looked at and repaired. Big mistake! Took them five (5) hours to diagnose the problem. Took another two (2) hours to fix the problem and change the transmission fluid. (Why did I make an appointment?) Will wait the next time. Hopefully the service time will be a lot faster. More
