I made an appointment on Monday, 2/20 for Friday, 2/14 to have a diagnostic check of my exhaust system and have a new muffler installed. I arrived on Friday, restated my two objectives for the appointment and was told the wait would be 60-90 minutes because they were running behind. After waiting 2.5 hours for my car, I learned my muffler was out of stock. Multiple people failed to successfully do their job. A manager should have come out to apologize and offered more compensations then my request of 10% off - like the diagnostic was free for wasting my time and give me a free oil change. Also, instead of making calls to get a muffler in right away to do the next day, they are making me wait until Friday, 2/28 to install. Would appreciate hearing from the manager, via email, and being offered more compensations. I have since read the reviews on this service center. They need to do better when mistakes are made. More

I was given a Lyft ride home while the Service Dept worked on my car, but my service advisor (Justin) never responded to my request to get a Lyft back to the Service Center, which I paid for myself. I believe that my oil was not changed. I checked it the next morning it looked dirty and ther filter had road grime on it. I took pictures of both and went back.
