Didn’t have part in stock to repair my car after diagnostic. Was told they’d call once they do. Waited 3 months and no call. Went in for another diagnostic for another problem and asked about the pa diagnostic. Was told they’d call once they do. Waited 3 months and no call. Went in for another diagnostic for another problem and asked about the part. Appeared they never ordered the part. They diagnosed new problem, will order all parts and call me to let me know. No call after a month so I called to check. They said they’ll check and call me back. Repeated process again 2 additional times once per week. I then asked for a manager/supervisor the 3rd time. One refused to speak with me. Was told that they’ll try to get the parts from another shop, they’ll confirm the following day. Waited 5 days and they finally confirmed they had the part. Should’ve spent $800 elsewhere. More
