While he was great, I was not very thrilled with the lady who scheduled my service. She incorrectly told me that my entire car had to be completely emptied of personal items to perform this recall. And speaking with a friend who had already had this service through another dealer., I found out that this was absolutely not true. I called back speaking to a different scheduler, and was told that only certain areas of my car needed to be cleaned out. In my opinion, this original scheduler needs to have a coach back. Asking a customer to empty out their car completely of personal items, in order to perform a recall, is simply asking the customer to perform unnecessary work, simply because that scheduler didn't have sufficient knowledge of what actually needed to be discussed. More

I thought the oil change was over priced. I get just my Pilot oil changed at Honda at Chandler for $49.00. Either the oil change did not happen or the indicator never got reset. I have purchased many vehicles at this location and I may have to evaluate the situation before my next purchase More
