The work needed and requested was completed. Two very small things: I brought the car in with 33# in the front tires and 32# in the back. The morning after picking up the car (cold tires) there was 35# in all four. I was told the car was washed but it wasn't. I mentioned to the service manager that it wasn't and there was a card in the car that said "no wash". The sales manager said that's common when the car has damage which startled me as there was no damage to the car ever. He went and looked at the car and told me that when there is aftermarket trim on the car they don't wash it. Aftermarket? I have a Honda HPD trim package on the car made by Honda and installed at the Honda dealership before delivery. I don't consider that aftermarket. Again, very small things but when there are small things it makes me wonder about the larger things. That is, was the mechanic thorough or did he too take shortcuts? The car is running smoothly. More

Except for a few employe Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my disappointment with the level of customer service I experienced at your dealership. Except for a few employees who were courteous and helpful, the overall customer service was extremely poor. Fortunately for your dealership, customers are interested in buying Honda vehicles regardless of the service provided. It often feels like the cars are selling themselves rather than being sold through any genuine effort from the staff. I truly believe that with better management and a stronger focus on customer experience, the dealership could perform much better. I only wish I were in a position to make those improvements myself.
