I bought an extended warranty for my car from Walser when I purchased it but have issues almost every time I need to use it. It’s been a problem for years at this location. Most recently, despite a repair be I purchased it but have issues almost every time I need to use it. It’s been a problem for years at this location. Most recently, despite a repair being covered under warranty I am still awaiting a refund after several weeks and multiple messages left including an in person visit to request a refund for the $85 diagnostic fee that I was told would be refunded if the issue was covered by my warranty.
