Walser Honda - Service Center

I was charged for a tire rotation after the Service Advisor told me it was not needed and it was also stated on the video by the technician that it wouldn't be done. I noticed it on the receipt when I Advisor told me it was not needed and it was also stated on the video by the technician that it wouldn't be done. I noticed it on the receipt when I got home and called the Service Desk twice over a 3 hour time frame before the Service Advisor got back to me stating he would put a credit back on my card. Not sure why this wasn't caught initially. I may be overly paranoid but I see this type of thing happening far too often in different industries and ask for a receipt for every purchase I make for this very reason. I will continue to bring my vehicles here for service but will be reading every line of the invoice from now on. More
