Taj Singh is hands down the best salesman!!! He’s knowledgeable and cares about his customers!!!! He also multitasks sales and gets you into a vehicle and out in a timely fashion!!!! He doesn’t stop there. He listens to you if you have any questions or concerns and helps you to the smallest detail!!!! I’ve been a customer for the last several years and he has made me feel very confident in my purchase!!!!! He’s #1! He’s not pushy into making you feel like you have to purchase something. More
Quoted $200 on the phone for a transmission fluid change, but when I got to the dealership they said it was $300+. After the service was completed, I also noticed they unplugged my dashcam which felt a bit s but when I got to the dealership they said it was $300+. I was always fine paying a premium for dealership service (dealership service centers seemed more honest), but this visit was the final nail in the coffin: I’m DIYing and using independent shops in the future. On the plus side, the service manager was really professional and knocked 10% off the price when I reacted with shock and mentioned that I was quoted $200 on the phone. More
