Walser Honda - Service Center

I always take my car here to get service. I’ve had great experiences. This last experience though was not the same as previous. I did not get my multi-point inspection video. The report I got I’ve had great experiences. This last experience though was not the same as previous. I did not get my multi-point inspection video. The report I got said my battery was good (green) but a week later my was dead. Comparing the inspection report from 7/31 to the 9/18 report my rear brakes were in the yellow (6 mm, 5 mm) but the 9/18 report says they are in the green at 8 mm. It makes me question the inspection done on 9/18 More

Every time I go there , it’s a painfully slow experience. this time I added serpentine belt cuz they recommended it then at time to pay I guess they did transmission flush which I did not agree to but still this time I added serpentine belt cuz they recommended it then at time to pay I guess they did transmission flush which I did not agree to but still paid. Even when it’s just an oil change it’s painfully slow. A guy was cleaning windows and asked me to move, I thought was odd. I also brought a book to read but it the radio was too loud to concentrate. They did give me a free water . So that was nice . More
