We drive over an hour to Walser Honda and have purchased 4 vehicles from them in the last 8 years. We return because the service is absolutely top shelf! The service managers are responsive, respectful and very thorough. The technicians listen to you and try to use your feedback in their diagnostic work. I also work onsite if my car is in repair - and they have spacious, well light seating to make waiting for your car easier. Thank you for always taking care of my 2009 Honda Odyssey. I had 3 separate issues I needed addressed for my appointment. Staff was very patient with me and listened to my issues. They even figured out what was wrong with 2 of the issues which turned out to be related. A/C was repaired that day. Very good communication with staff as to what was found, estimated timeline (which was right), and ease at checkout. Also the other issue they did not have the part so they checked the twin city area and let me know they had to order the part and set up my next appointment. Excellent service! Thank you! More
