There was no verbal communication between me and the service person. I got a text that the car was ready, but no opportunity to review what was done with the car or opportunity to ask questions. The diagnostics of the problem took a little longer than I expected but once the cause was identified the main part (fuse block) was ordered. Once the part arrived, the required service was completed and the final cost was fully covered under warranty. The first interaction with Ben was very good but after he was off sick, the communication from someone who was covering from him was very poor. However, given the fact that a some people on the front end of your service department were out sick, I could see that the other staff were doing the best they could given the volume of cars that came in for service.
