We brought in our 2008 crv for oil change and to check out the check engine light. They did the oil change but refused to replace a part because they realized that the vin number didn’t match and basicall out the check engine light. When I looked at the paperwork I saw that they pulled up our other crv that we own and had recorded work being done on the wrong car. My suggestion to the technicians is to always pull up the vehicle by the vin number then you won’t make that mistake. More

Waited hours, the paperwork was done incorrectly and had to be done two weeks later. Options not clearly explained. When I went to buy I was there for 4 hours, not even a snack at the dealership.
