Process took entirely too long when salesperson knew that I had a time restraint. All negotiations and needed paperwork and applications were completed before my arrival. Process shouldn’t have taken longer I had a time restraint. All negotiations and needed paperwork and applications were completed before my arrival. Process shouldn’t have taken longer than an hour, Salesperson was working with another client, which I totally understand, but any one person could have done my paperwork. Instead I was there for 3 hours, of which 2 hours was literally just sitting there. Will be hard pressed to go back after such a negative experience. More
