My ac was not working so the service dept. put in new coolant and a dye and then after 1500 miles I will go back in and they will check for leaks. I brought my truck in on May 8th and received a message 3 days later saying that they couldn't find the part and would call me when it came in. This was warranty work and I told Jake my rep that I was leavin days later saying that they couldn't find the part and would call me when it came in. This was warranty work and I told Jake my rep that I was leaving it there till they received the blower motor. I also asked them to put in the sway bars that were under warranty, And I asked Jake to change the cabin filters since they had it apart. After 2 weeks I had to call because nobody reached out to me. At that time Jake said the parts were still out and would let me know. On June 5th almost a month later I called at least 10 times, left 3 messages and talked to a receptionist who said she would have someone call me. Jake finally called me and said the blower motor was in and if I wanted to make an appointment to bring the truck up to get fixed. I responded to him that the truck was there the whole time like we had discussed, and he apologized and said he would have it by Thursday. When jake called on Friday he told me the blower motor was in and ready to be picked up. I asked him about the cabin filter, and he said he forgot and would bring it back in. Friday morning, I picked up the truck and got hit with a bill for over 200 dollars. I was under the assumption warranty work was covered and also realized the sway bars were not changed. I didn't have time to go over this also Jake was not there at the time. I am very unsatisfied with the communication and also with how difficult it was to talk to someone in person on the phone. I will me talking to someone in management on this if I can get someone on the phone. The service tech who sent the video of what needed to be fixed was very detailed and helpful. The video was easy to understand and made my decision on what to fix was easy. More
