It’s all upfront pricing. For better or worse, they won’t budge on price or on trade in value. That wasn’t clear on CarGurus but it became apparent during the discussion. Truck has supposedly going through a reconditioning process, and I was assured it was safe for the road. However a tremor became readily apparent. Turns out both axles needed replacement. Not sure how safe that is. Service repaired it at no charge, but I would have everything checked out if you notice anything wrong, and do it quickly. More

Went in for locks not working in my car. Came from Blaine in order to use my extended warranty. Was told it was only able to be done during the week. Had to take a day off of work. Brought it in and said as long as it wasn’t due to environmental issues or an animal chewing through the wiring, it should be covered on my extended warranty. Stated the diagnosis was a short in the wiring. Then was told it is NOT covered by my warranty plus it was $120 to diagnose the problem! Lost a day of work, several hours of my day, and money. Think it’s ridiculous that after paying $4000 for an extended warranty, the short in the wiring is not covered and had to drive to Burnsville to have them tell me this! More
