Up until last month, I was quite satisfied with the Walser maintenance team and the service I have received. However, that all changed in November. I was disappointed at what the technicians apparently Walser maintenance team and the service I have received. However, that all changed in November. I was disappointed at what the technicians apparently missed at my November appointment, which I then had to bring back in December and spend additional money to have diagnosed (tie rods). That was truly underwhelming, and wasted both time and money. In addition, they overlooked me as I waited in the lounge, and did not communicate with me in a timely manner. I don’t know what changed, but from now on I will be getting my maintenance done elsewhere. It was a good run. More
