Although i had requested an oil change on the phone and on the envelope when i dropped off my keys, this service was not completed. The mistake was discovered when i arrived to pick up my vehicle after 3 d on the envelope when i dropped off my keys, this service was not completed. The mistake was discovered when i arrived to pick up my vehicle after 3 days due to waiting for a part. I was offered the option of keeping my rental car and returning later for mine since i was on my way to work. I declined due to a hectic schedule the following day as well and the fact that I live 20 minutes away. I was when given $5 off my $400 worth of brake work for the mistake. This seems very insignificant since I now have to reschedule an oil change and bring my car back in. More
