Even though I arrived early for my appointment, they brought my car right in for the recall and had it ready to go more than 1/2 hour earlier than I expected. I've been a customer here for 15+ years, and have recommended numerous friends and family to go here which made my most recent experience there such a big let down. The issues started with the va recommended numerous friends and family to go here which made my most recent experience there such a big let down. The issues started with the valuation for my trade-in which came in at nearly $2,000 less than estimated market value, due to a minor issue which wouldn't have been an issue in the past. While I understand business is business, there was no consideration of my history and loyalty with the dealership. The other big issue was related to the sales tactics now employed by staff. While Walser Honda is a no negotiation dealership, which I view as a strong positive aspect, they've now begun to push a wide variety of complex warranty and service packages which defeat the purpose of taking the stress out of car buying. Where previously there were 1 or maybe 2 options that you could quickly and politely decline, now there are 5-7 that you have to wade through the explanations of one by one. Really disappointed by my experience and will be shopping around the next time I need a vehicle or a friend asks for a recommendation. More
