A gentleman (rep?) was by the front desk and heard me say what I needed. He told me he might be able to track down some stragglers from that dept, and he did. They technically could have shooed me away, but instead they helped me out, for which I am really greatfull for. Thank you! More
Their Service Dept LIES Whatever they tell you you need, don't believe them. Get a 2nd opinion! I was told that the rear brakes on my CRV with 30,000 miles were so worn that not only did I need new pads, but I needed new rotors because my rotors were too worn to be ground down!!! Brought my car to my regular service guy, and, not only were my rotors fine, but the brakes were as well..as a matter of fact, I have 70% left on the pads!! They also told me I need to flush my brake fluid, and my guy said they never need flushing unless it was contaminated somehow. OH!! and the price I was quoted!! $600 plus dollars for brakes and rotors, or I could do the "value line" for $400.00 Amt quoted at my garage - $280.00!! for both brakes and rotors!!! I will NEVER bring my car here again, and I will tell everyone I can what a rip off these people are!! More
Three-time Walser Honda buyer We were considering changing vehicles by the end of this year. But we changed plans when we received an email from Walser Honda's used car manager, in We were considering changing vehicles by the end of this year. But we changed plans when we received an email from Walser Honda's used car manager, inquiring if we were interested in an upgrade to our 2013 Accord. I replied, no, but we also have a 2013 Civic we might be interested in trading. They gave me an offer over the phone! Offer was far above "outstanding" book value! Brought it in (after searching trade-in values from 3 different sites). then lowered their price a bit when inspection found dents in the crease of the sheet metal. Still, we received the amount for a trade-in in 'excellent' condition. With that equity, we entered into a new lease on a '17 Accord EX-L. Steve Podratz was our salesperson, as he had been on our previous purchase at Walser. Credit processing and the other transactional duties were handled smoothly and as quickly as you can expect at a dealership on a busy Saturday. Our last 3 vehicles have been bought or leased from Walser Honda and I don't see that changing anytime soon. Can't speak for the service dept as we usually go to Honda shop closer to our home. But sales staff are great! More

Buying a used car was painless and even fun Jason Buck was the salesman we worked with. Jason was polite, funny and helpful. Answered questions and able to get it done in a timely fashion. I Jason Buck was the salesman we worked with. Jason was polite, funny and helpful. Answered questions and able to get it done in a timely fashion. I believe they offered me a fair price for my trade in. Traded in a Subaru Forester (which I liked) but very happy to be in a back in a Honda. No pressure sales - just information you need when buying a car. More

STAY AWAY FROM Walser My daughter bought a used 2013 Toyota Camry from WALSER Honda. They sold it to her without disclosing it had a previous FLOOD Damage claim against it. My daughter bought a used 2013 Toyota Camry from WALSER Honda. They sold it to her without disclosing it had a previous FLOOD Damage claim against it. They bought it out of an auction from Michigan after the car sustained Flood Damage. My daughter was told it came from a private owner. The car did come with a manufacture warranty and she purchased an extended warranty. The car after a short period of time blew the engine. The manufacture said this was done from water damage and they would not cover it. The Management at Walser took no interest in accepting responsibility or to work with Toyota to resolve the issue. They told her to turn it into her insurance company. The Insurance company looked at the car and would not cover it because it was obvious that no current flood damage had recently occurred. She now has a car that has NO ENGINE and a Dealer that says, would you like to pay for a new engine or a used engine. More
