The purchase process was longer then I would anticipated and preferred. Lots of sitting around and waiting. We are also experienced purchasers, so the upselling was less then desirable - We had not interest and preferred. Lots of sitting around and waiting. Being in sales for 15+ years myself, I understand this perspective, but as a customer I did not feel respected in that moment. More
