This time, I asked my spouse to join me. Why? Because, I don't think that she totally believed the description of my initial experience at Walser. So what happened? Great Service. Great Value. Never been let down. I recently purchased a used 2008 Honda Accord from Walser Honda in Burnsville. This was my fourth Honda bought from this location, two since it became recently purchased a used 2008 Honda Accord from Walser Honda in Burnsville. This was my fourth Honda bought from this location, two since it became a Walser dealership. My wife and I have owned seven or more Honda vehicles, and two of my siblings families drive them now too. Roger Malley helped me with my most recent purchase. He was honest and straight forward when I was looking to get into an Accord, as my family was outgrowing my '07 Civic. My wife already drives a Pilot. I wanted to purchase an Accord right away, but he helped me decide to wait because he knew I really wanted a silver car with black interior. The cleanest car that was in my price, mileage and year range was gray. After convincing me to wait a couple of weeks, as their inventory moves quickly, I ended up going from looking at a '08 LX P (Premium) to purchasing an '08 EXL for only $450 more! Crazy as it seems, it looked just like the one I cut out of the catalog and pinned on my wall a month before this happened. I have had all of my service work done at Walser Honda, so I earned extra money off the purchase price with my Walser Rewards Points. Kirby and the other friendly people in the service department are always dependable to be right there when I pull in for service. The cookies, coffee, tv and several free to use computers with internet are there for you when waiting for your car to be serviced. It's a lot warmer and comfortable than when I used to get my oil changes at Jiffy Lube. Plus they wash your car! I have enjoyed the free weekly car wash with my Walser Rewards also. If I had to do it all over again, I know I would find the best prices at Walser Honda. I verified it several times when searching on carsoup.com and cars.com. Roger Malley took care of my purchase and I know I can count on Kirby and the service staff to keep my dream car going for the years ahead. More
We were VERY impressed with the customer service at Walser's in Burnsville! Everyone is so friendly - greets you and makes sure you are being helped. The General Manager was impressive in the fact that we felt he was overseeing our satisfaction too. Jimmy was WONDERFUL to work with! So personable and VERY knowledgeable about the HONDA options and benefits of the different cars and prices. He went the EXTRA Mile to insure we were satisfied and pleased. My husband and I went to Walser Honda because we were not getting the straight up information we wanted about the new car we wanted to buy at any other dealerships we went to. I had bought my Honda Accord fr getting the straight up information we wanted about the new car we wanted to buy at any other dealerships we went to. I had bought my Honda Accord from them five years earlier and had a wonderful experience so I recommended to him that we try them again. We live in Hundson, WI so getting to Walser was an hour long drive for us. Once again the staff was wonderful! We were greeted right away and asked what we were looking for. They showed us many different options based on our needs, (we were looking for something bigger for our expanding family). We were able to take over a week to think about things and make a decision without any hounding from the sales people. We had lots of questions while we were going over all our options and no matter how many times we called just to ask questions they were more than willing to answer and were always friendly and prompt with answers and getting back to us. The day we bought our new Honda Odyssey went very smoothly and we again were presented with all of our options without a lot of pressure to make "extra" purchases. We also know that we got the very best price for the model we wanted because of their "no negotiation" policy you simply always get the lowest price. We did buy a few extras to the car that had to be added later and they were great and quick in getting us set up with an appointment to get the extras added and get in all done in one day. They also let us use a loaner car for the day while they had ours free of charge because we live so far away from the dealership. We will continue to make the drive down to Walser because the experience we had there was SO MUCH better than the experiences we had at other dealerships while we were looking into getting our new Odyssey. I would definitely recommend Walser to all my friends when looking for a new car! More
My Ridgeline was having power steering problems. Kirby Kubal discussed options and came up with a fantastic price for the repair. On March 21st I brought vehicle in and repair was made as planned. While vehicle was at the shop a small ding in the lower bumper was discovered. I know it wasn't there prior as I had the car detailed the day before. Kirby did not argue or blame anyone he just said he will take care of it. True to his word they he repaired the small ding. I commend Kirby ( and so should his boss and his boss's boss) as he made a decision which made the customer happy. I've purchased 3 vehicles throughout the years at walser and will continue to do so. Give Kirby a raise at and major "atta-boy". Better yet promote him. With employees like Kirby its no wonder Walser is thriving. Thanks again Kriby Ed Burek More
My visit and buying experience was the best. I had recently gone to another dealer, not Walser, and was very disappointed. When I went to Walser I was welcomed and was put very much at ease. This was the first new car I have purchased by myself since my husband passed away and I was a little a little apprehensive but was treated with great respect, which I appreciated very much. Adam and Jimmy guided me through all the necessary steps and put me at ease.. I have since recommended Walser to a friend who will be looking for a new car in early summer. Have owned 4 different Honda vehicles within the past 10 years and have had all of them serviced at Walser (geographically convenient). After being quoted an exorbitant price to replace a shock on my wife' years and have had all of them serviced at Walser (geographically convenient). After being quoted an exorbitant price to replace a shock on my wife's Ridgeline I opted to give Inver Grove Honda a try. Glad I did - Inver Grove Honda far exceeded my expectations. I cannot be more satisfied with the service and value I received at Inver Grove Honda. I will never buy another vehicle from Walser, nor will I have a vehicle serviced there in the future - EVER! Walser does not recognize customer loyalty. Do yourself a favor and give Inver Grove Honda a shot - you will not regret it. More
I called Walser Honda about a recall I had received on my 2006 Honda Odyssey for some Brake Master Cylinder replacement. I was asked when I wanted to bring my Odyssey in for the recall repair, they had open 2006 Honda Odyssey for some Brake Master Cylinder replacement. I was asked when I wanted to bring my Odyssey in for the recall repair, they had openings the next day. They made the appointment for me at 8:30 am the next day and I was very happy to get in so quickly. I dropped my Odyssey off the next morning for the service and was asked if I wanted to wait for it to be completed. I asked for a ride home and to be picked up when it was completed. The shuttle driver was very nice and easy to talk to on the trips. The recall service was completed in a little over an hour and the service was explained to me and why it was being done. My wife and I have had 3 Hondas in the last 12 years, we currently drive the Honda Odessey and also a 2009 Honda Accord. We have always been very happy with the service department, they answer our questions and explain to us what service needs to be completed. I would recommend Walser Honda's service department for their Customer Service, Friendliness and overall concern by the employee's for what needs to be done. More
Always friendly and eager. A couple of times they have had to order a part (window gasket, for example) and then they do not get back to me to let me know when the part is in. One time they ordered a part, I waited long enough for them to get back to me, so I called and they hadn't ordered anything. So, they ordered the part, and then I still never heard anything back. At that point I just gave up. Overall, however, they are great. I miss the old days when the service department was open till midnight, as I found that convenient. They are still open on weeknights, just not quite as long. More
