Worst customer service I have experienced I purchased a new CR-V in December but wasn't getting the gas mileage that was expected. The sales person who worked with me, Ryan Thiesen was wonderful. He was so friendly , knowledgeable and patient. He worked with me from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM to see vehicles, drive them and tried his best to find the best price and car for me. I cannot say enough about the great customer service at Wakser Honda. It was the best buying experience I have ever had. I really felt he went the extra mile to make sure I was informed, understood everything, and made me feel I was his most important customer of the day. Keep up the good work Walser.... you rock!!!!
