I have been having Honda's serviced here since before Walser bought the dealership (it used to be Burnsville Honda). I was generally happy with Burnsville Honda but have been even happier with Walser. The work has always been done on time and for the estimated price. I want to commend one person in particular. Mike Newton, a service advisor I have had several times. Mike is outstanding. He clearly communicates what the problems are and how severe they are and what the options are for fixing them. He is excellent about following up and has recommended used or salvaged parts when that can be significantly cheaper. I am happy with Walser's service overall but am even more impressed with MIke. He is outstanding. The one problem I have had with Walser is that the online service history for my van was lost when Walser bought Burnsville Honda. More

My visit was for my first oil change. the visit was great. Greeting immediately upon arrival, service completed much earlier than anticipated time and everything explained clearly. Tire rotation was an additional charge and reasonably priced (comparative to other auto mechanics). The reputation is that dealership service is typically more expensive than other repair shops, but in this instance, that was not true. Also checked tire wear, tread depth, visual inspection, and topped off fluid. More
