Very easy car buying process and great team of employees ! This was my 1st time to this dealership and I went in with the intention of just looking for a vehicle and I ended up trading in my leased Nissan vehi This was my 1st time to this dealership and I went in with the intention of just looking for a vehicle and I ended up trading in my leased Nissan vehicle for a 2016 Civic EX-L. The entire process from start to finished took just under 2 hours and there is no doubt in my mind that I will be back within the next few months for my next leased vehicle. Worst Customer Service Bought New Honda CRV 2 years back, battery went bad on 3rd year. Called once and left message to call back but never called me back. After calling sec Bought New Honda CRV 2 years back, battery went bad on 3rd year. Called once and left message to call back but never called me back. After calling second time, representative told me they will replace the battery as car is within 3yrs warranty. Went on scheduled appointment, first it took 2 hours to diagnose the issue, although I have bad battery tested from Autozone, Honda keep saying battery is good. I ask them if they leave the headlight on for few minutes and check again. then they finall admitted battery is issue but then they said your car exceeded mileage limit of 36,000 and never replaced it. Representative clearly told me they replace anything within 3 yrs but at the Honda service they declined to do anything, in addition their manager on wednesday evening was so rude. He wouldn't consider anything instead show me my way out. Really rude. I am done with Walser Honda. More
Absolutely Fabulous I worked with Laura Cleveland. I had two specific 2012 Honda Civics picked out from your Website. I called Laura and she meet with me that day. She was very helpful, knowledgable and very patient with me as I test drove 4 cars that day. I didn't plan on purchasing "that" day but Laura made me feel so comfortable and was so incredibly kind, professional and patient, I ended up buying a 2013 Civic Sedan LX that day! Traded in my car and left the lot with my new car. Laura made my car buying experience so easy I can't say enough good things to do it all justice. I have already recommended Walser AND Laura to everyone. I love my new car and how Laura went above and beyond my expectations to make this such a great experience for me! More
Another Satisfied Customer! My wife and I were in need (well, maybe "want") of a newer vehicle, Had a late model Accord EX-L in mind. Shopped 4 local Honda dealers online, decid My wife and I were in need (well, maybe "want") of a newer vehicle, Had a late model Accord EX-L in mind. Shopped 4 local Honda dealers online, decided on Walser Honda, because a) they were lower cost than competitors on similar year/model Accords, and b) we'd bought from Walser dealerships a couple times before and had not had a bad customer experience. Sierra called to confirm and when we arrived at the dealership, we were met by Steve Podratz, a very nice guy who reminded me of my brother-in-law, by his laid-back demeanor. Unfortunately the '13 Accord we wanted had been sold - in fact, I think I saw the new owner drive off in it shortly after we arrived. Not deterred, Steve showed us available inventory and we chose a white, EX-L 2013 Accord and we headed out to test drive. Upon return, we wanted to make a deal, then Sierra and I headed out to evaluate our trade-in. Didn't get the best deal on the trade (they claimed it needed 4 new tires when each had a good 1/4" + tread left). I was hoping for $500-750 more. But I figured, even if we got $1000 more for our trade elsewhere, their Accords of same vintage were $1500-2500 more at other dealerships, so Walser was the smart money deal for us. We were pressed for time, but Steve expedited the finance process for us, and we were done and out the door in less than 90 minutes. Overall a very good experience. Steve and Sierra were easy to deal with, and interesting people as well (I'd asked each of them how long they have worked at Walser and what they did prior to working there.) Both said Walser was a good company to work for and their satisfaction with their jobs translated into making us very satisfied customers! More
Steve Podratz is Awesome! Steve was Great to work with. We bought a Honda Pilot in October 2014 with Steve and we came back this September 2015 to buy another Honda and we Steve was Great to work with. Left with a Surprise! I brought my 18 yr old daughter into Walser Honda with the idea of just 'looking' around for a used car and ended up leaving with a leased 2015 Honda I brought my 18 yr old daughter into Walser Honda with the idea of just 'looking' around for a used car and ended up leaving with a leased 2015 Honda Civic! :) Beautiful car!. Our sales person Eric McAbee was extremely thorough, answered every question we had, did not do the hesitation to see how he could word his answer. he just told us straight up how it was. I felt he was being totally honest wtih us and opened our eyes to many options for my daughters situation. I will be going there for myself when i am ready for a differenct vehicle. They make the whole process easy, painless and very affordable!! Thank you Eric for taking care of us!! Everyone there was great to us! More

Didn't really need to do that since I own a 2013. This one was for my wife. Matt was able to get through the paperwork and had the vehicle ready for me to take. More

I went to Walser for a routine oil change with my 2012 CR-V and I wasn't exactly in the market for a new vehicle yet; however, I left with a new 2015 I went to Walser for a routine oil change with my 2012 CR-V and I wasn't exactly in the market for a new vehicle yet; however, I left with a new 2015 CR-V.
