My wife and I showed up for our appointment to purchase a car. We already test drove the car and knew exactly what one we wanted, and had reserved it prior to arriving. Just needed to complete the finance pa car. We already test drove the car and knew exactly what one we wanted, and had reserved it prior to arriving. Just needed to complete the finance part and paperwork. We were told it would take about 60-90 minutes. Upon arriving, it took a full hour to get anyone to start working with us at all, despite asking multiple times. From there we were given about 5 minutes of paperwork at a time, and then the staff would disappear for about 30 minutes. This happened a lot, and we were extremely bored during that took 6 hours to complete. 6 hours, for what could have taken 1. We regretted not packing a lunch, since we got hungry part way through. The staff were nice enough, but they seemed severely understaffed. Our sales guy was juggling about 3 different groups of people at all times, and jumping between us all. My wife and I were joking during our hours of downtime about how this must be the "walser way" they speak about, because they seemed to contradict everything they advertise about their values on the walls like Transparency and working with 1 person. All in all, it wasn't great. There was so much wasted time. I'd try elsewhere, as I'm not sure what sort of benefits came from working with them. More

I have always been happy with Burnsville Honda. They did the repair, which was under warrantee in the estimated time they had told me.
