This was the worst car buying experience I've ever had. The seller did not allow us to explore options we were interested in, was rude and condescending, had no information or interest in finding answers t The seller did not allow us to explore options we were interested in, was rude and condescending, had no information or interest in finding answers to our questions, pressured us into a sale on a vehicle that ended up being in such bad shape I had to return it. I was refused previous owner/Carfax information. The mechanics claimed there was no way to know that the car wasn't functioning, but it was clear they just cleared the codes on the car and hoped it would last until the return window closed. They offered to fix the car, likely at my own expense. Now that all is said and done I get multiple phone calls a day from their marketing about my "new car" and despite me asking to be removed from their call list, I haven't been. I will never shop with Walser again, they don't care about the safety of their customers and don't care about helping them purchase a vehicle that will work for them. It's all about a quick sale. The Burnsville location should be shut down with the amount of complaints they get, I just wish I would have listened before I made the mistake of buying there. More

I had a great experience, I had gone to the "wrong" Honda dealership initially and felt like I was caught in a spider web and when I finally was able to leave and found Walser in Burnsville, it was a complet dealership initially and felt like I was caught in a spider web and when I finally was able to leave and found Walser in Burnsville, it was a completely different atmosphere. It was fairly easy to make an appointment but because it was a recall, had to be done by phone. Didn’t like the steps I had to go through. The unfortunate part about this dealership is it’s hard to get someone on the phone to set up an appointment. Due to the virtual appointment set up I ran into a frustrating situation where I was told the r to get someone on the phone to set up an appointment. The service goes fairly quickly which is good. I’ve only waited at most 1.5 hours the last few times. I appreciate the videos the technician takes and transparency of the dealership. More
