Our experience at Walser was for the most point very good. Sam T was our salesman. The sale of the car and delivery of all the information was good, but not excellent. When we asked about SiriusXM, we r good. Sam T was our salesman. The sale of the car and delivery of all the information was good, but not excellent. When we asked about SiriusXM, we really didn’t get much explanation for it just that it was ther. None of the new Honda Accord’s have a Sirius, it has to be set up through CarPlay. And another disappointment was, trying to get the documents that we needed at the end of the transaction. Their printer didn’t work and then when they tried to send it to us via email it took three different tries. More
