I'm always happy to have my car serviced here but the overall experience leaves something to be desired. Nothing like getting out of your car in the service center, I have no idea where to go, and it's f overall experience leaves something to be desired. The young man who helped me at the service desk, Kyle, was smart, cordial, and efficient. I wasn't happy with the non-covered charge for routine maintenance (change differential fluid), though.
