Went in for locks not working in my car. Came from Blaine in order to use my extended warranty. Was told it was only able to be done during the week. Had to take a day off of work. Brought i Came from Blaine in order to use my extended warranty. Was told it was only able to be done during the week. Had to take a day off of work. Brought it in and said as long as it wasn’t due to environmental issues or an animal chewing through the wiring, it should be covered on my extended warranty. Stated the diagnosis was a short in the wiring. Then was told it is NOT covered by my warranty plus it was $120 to diagnose the problem! Lost a day of work, several hours of my day, and money. Think it’s ridiculous that after paying $4000 for an extended warranty, the short in the wiring is not covered and had to drive to Burnsville to have them tell me this! More

Brandon was really helpful and to the point. He helped answer all questions promptly and was not pushy at all. This is one of the best points about Walser, there is no haggling. I tried a different dealership WITH Costco Auto Buying and they talked a lot like I was getting the BEST deal in the world, but the final price was much lower (like $2000) at Walser. I can't believe Costco works with other dealers who would waste my time. More
