I have always enjoyed the great service I have received. However when getting a quote for a starter replacement a couple of months ago, the cost quoted was 1200.00. I had to schedule an appointment for an oil change 5 days in advance and it took over 2.5 hours. If I have to make an appointment that far in advance I would expect my oil change to be done in under an hour in advance and it took over 2.5 hours.
