This canned response comes nearly ten years (TEN YEARS!) after our terrible experience with Wasler Honda. We are still waiting for the manager's promised call and for him to "make things right." What a joke of an organization. Needless to say we've never purchased another car with Wasler and never will. Avoid making the same mistake we did and go elsewhere. I'm still disappointed...almost ten years later.
