The problem with having only 1 person for everything for each customer, is that when that 1 person is helping someone else, EVEN THOUGH YOU HAVE A FIRM APPOINTMENT, you end up spending over 4 hours at the d each customer, is that when that 1 person is helping someone else, EVEN THOUGH YOU HAVE A FIRM APPOINTMENT, you end up spending over 4 hours at the dealership when it should have been 1. You need to have backups or have your salespeople work in teams. You sell a good product. You don't serve customers well at all. More
