I had an appointment at 11:30am and dropped my car off at 11am for an oil change. The service department could not perform an oil change in the 6 hours past my appointment time and I had to leave my car over 11am for an oil change. The service department could not perform an oil change in the 6 hours past my appointment time and I had to leave my car overnight. I needed my vehicle back the same day to pick up my kids at daycare. They offered a rental, however I would have to go and pick up the car seats and install in the rental. I should have just picked up my car and have service done some place else. I understand if a repair took longer than expected or parts didn't arrive, however they were either understaffed or booked too many appointments. More
They got me in earlier than expected, which was greatly appreciated because I'm due with twins soon. Then they were so kind and communicative. Scheduled service a month in advance and then they lost my reservation to fix a seatbelt! I had to work with the GM ( Jason) and his assistant ( Joy ) to get it resolved. Joy worked hard to correct the sit my reservation to fix a seatbelt! I had to work with the GM ( Jason) and his assistant ( Joy ) to get it resolved. Joy worked hard to correct the situation and we're good. The fact that this was necessary is a problem but other than completely losing my reservation the service was good. More
