Unfortunately I have an ignition interlock in my car. I've dealt with repair shops before while having it and didn't have the annoyed reaction the representative had when I dropped off my car. Further mo I've dealt with repair shops before while having it and didn't have the annoyed reaction the representative had when I dropped off my car. Further more they left it running longer than 20 min causing me to miss a test while not there giving me a violation. Fortunately I was proactive and had let the company I use for interlock know that I was dropping off for check up/diagnostics. Lastly, I brought it in for a check up with fluids and all around check up to make sure the car is in the heat condition it could be. They said everything was fine. Which I had in turn found peculiar because I went in knowing I was due for an oil change and assumed they would have brought it up when I brought it in but didn't. Similar to the fact that my wipers are needed to be replaced and again that was not mentioned. I just can't help but feel as a woman nothing was done but buttons being pushed on a computer and me being charged. Thankfully. I have warranty on my car and I have the dealership paperwork (like I usually keep any repair paperwork) stating what they 'did' should anything go wrong. I think they could sense I was getting frustrated at drop off because when I came in to pick up the person I initially worked with did the most to provide exceptional customer service. I just wasn't impressed. I'll continue to go to my mom and pop shop I've been going to for years with my previous vehicle. Thanks. More
I primarily interacted with John. He was very professional and very pleasant to work with. I don't know if he did any if the work on my car, or just interacts with the customer, but m He was very professional and very pleasant to work with. I don't know if he did any if the work on my car, or just interacts with the customer, but my interactions with him were great. He took the time to explain to me how the process would work. He gave me his card so I could reach him if I needed to check on the progress of the work on my car. But the problem I brought my Jeep in for (a warning light with the message that my 4-wheel drive was not working/ needed servicing) was not fixed (although I paid an amount for the fix that didn't fix the problem.) So I am left with the dilemma of what to do. I'm not crazy about having to spend more money on something that may or may not get fixed. And I'm very frustrated that a dealer wouldn't be able to fix it! I'm open to suggestions! More
