It would have been nice to know when making the decision for the repair how long we would be without the Liberty. 3 - Question of 'what is the implications/risks/impacts of the 'outer shaft' issue?' was never answered. When deciding to perform optional repairs, it would be nice to know the risk of not performing the repairs. 4 - Service quality is lower than prior work, lack of car wash was surprising. It is a small item, but I used to feel like I was getting 'premium service' when bringing the Liberty to your dealership, but not this time. More
