Every encounter I have had with Alex has been above and beyond exceptional. I have been so impressed with the level of service she offers her customers. She has answered every question and concern nothing beyond exceptional. I have been so impressed with the level of service she offers her customers. She has answered every question and concern nothing short of being extremely professional and responsive. I left my experience with no worries what’s so ever. It was a pleasure to work with her for my first time buying experience and I wouldn’t want anyone else to help me with my future cars! More

I worked with Nadia to buy a used car. I came in a couple of times across a few months to test drive some cars. I never felt pressured or rushed. When I was finally buying, the process took less than an hour of times across a few months to test drive some cars. I never felt pressured or rushed. When I was finally buying, the process took less than an hour and everything was explained clearly to me. Nadia followed up afterward to make sure I was happy with the car. More
I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee (High Altitude) just I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee (High Altitude) just over two months ago from the Coon Rapids dealership which is a bit of a drive from my home. A I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee (High Altitude) just over two months ago from the Coon Rapids dealership which is a bit of a drive from my home. After having had the steering wheel replaced due to poor stitching around the wheel at the Coon Rapids dealership, I noticed that the heating component on the wheel was seemingly not working. I decided that rather than driving 30 miles one way to Coon Rapids, I'd simply take it to Hopkins which is about a mile from my home. I have never made such an unwise decision. I brought my Jeep in for service to have the heating element diagnosed and replaced. After having my vehicle for 30 hours, I checked in. I was told that they had just moments ago gotten a tech into the vehicle to assess the problem. I inquired why it took 30 hours to simply turn the vehicle on and then subsequently turn on the heated steering wheel to test it. I was told that they needed a skilled tech to test it. Let's be honest, a 5-year old with functional nerve endings could have tested it. Well, 3 days later, I got my Jeep back. The heating component still didn't seem to get above an ambient breath of warmth, however, this being the 3rd wheel on my BRAND NEW JEEP, I am tired of fighting that battle. However, now the buttons on the wheel were sticking and cycling through the in-dash menu. I requested to speak with a manager and was put in front of the COO of Walser. He assisted me. Today (11/13/19), I brought my Jeep back to have the wheel replaced, once again. The buttons work, the heat is no different and when I received the invoice for the repair, the service tech commented in the cause for repair: "Because I was told to." If my previous experience with this dealership hadn't been so foul, I would have just laughed this off. Unfortunately, this is the climate of their customer service. I took an image of the invoice and sent it to the COO who had been helping me and he responded and said 'Thanks for sharing.' If there were an option to add attachments, I'd post it here for everyone to see. I'm frankly not certain I really expected anything to result from my sharing, but it just seals my estimation that I would have been better off taking my Jeep to a veterinarian for diagnostics and repair than I was coming to Hopkins Walser. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! Go to Coon Rapids Jeep, they truly treated me like a king and I will go back there from now on, regardless of the distance. More
Horrible Customer Service/I'm Still Waiting for a Call Back Wednesday, August 7, 2019, 2:17 PM is when my correspondence started with Walser Jeep in Hopkins, MN. I have emailed and sent text messages to my ser Wednesday, August 7, 2019, 2:17 PM is when my correspondence started with Walser Jeep in Hopkins, MN. I have emailed and sent text messages to my service advisor and the general manager, I know they're working forms of communication because I received responses from both of them...only ONCE. I reached out to them because of repairs that were partially completed and attempted repairs like my Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) and Brake Mitigation that deactivates for invalid reasons were never fixed. The ACC and Brake Mitigation falsely activating was never investigated fully because there were no codes generated. I was told by the service manager to "bring it in the next time it happens" this makes no sense for obvious reasons. Today is September 11, 2019, the day I suggested, at the request of my service advisor, during one of our correspondence was a month ago! He told me to work with him directly instead of using the reservation system to make the appointment. My appointment was never confirmed and as I type this, I still have NOT heard back from anyone. 2 weeks and no solution Had an ignition problem with my 2010 Jeep Wrangler. It would start with the auto start, but it was about 50/50 with the key. (Wouldn’t turn over) Afte Had an ignition problem with my 2010 Jeep Wrangler. It would start with the auto start, but it was about 50/50 with the key. (Wouldn’t turn over) After 2 days they told me the batter was defective and they had to replace it ($200) to continue the diagnostics. They said they had to jump it, but I’ve NEVER had to jump my vehicle. So I now had to pay for the diagnostic and a battery that I did not need. They also informed me that my warranty (which they pulled up) was cancelled (not by me), and the rental (they told me was covered) was not covered. So they gave me options: return the rental and pick up my Jeep and they’d “discount” my rental and “all I’d have to pay was for the diagnostic, the battery and labor.” Or I have them replace the instrument cluster ($500) and they wouldn’t charge me for the rental. They are assuming that the instrument cluster is causing the problem, but I am 99.99% certain that this isn’t the case. I tried calling after a week and got no response. Left multiple messages, with no return phone calls. The last thing I’ve heard from them is that they didn’t have the part (that might or might not be related to the issue at all) and they had to order it from their local source. My vehicle has been there for 11 days, and I have still not received any follow up after 3 separate phone calls and messages. I’ve called twice today alone, and have received zero response. More
Horrible Customer Service After Purchase of your Vehicle I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealer in February. Process took over four hours. Since then I have called the service department twice. Once I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealer in February. Process took over four hours. Since then I have called the service department twice. Once because I thought there was something off with my suspension 2.5 weeks after purchase but also noted when speaking to the technician that this was my first SUV and wasn't sure if it was the difference between driving a sedan. They stated I would have to pay around $75/100 to start looking in to what the problem would be. Also stated due to the winter we had it was probably due to road conditions. Second time calling service department for an oil change I noted I heard a clunking noise when I was driving slowly over bumps and braking. Representative stated I would need a brake service. I stated I didn't think it had to do with brakes. They responded "I don't either." The salespeople I dealt with were amazing but since purchase their staff is rude and unhelpful. I won't be going to this dealer again. More

The lease on my ram was about done went on like normal, they helped me and we signed a new contract for a 2019 ram financing was done was to get a call 2 days later to let me know when to come pick up my new truck. Instead I get a call telling me they want 1600.00 down instead of the 200 in the contract, I was disgusted and they told me that .y financing had been un-approved...funny that does not happen, thought about it review the paperwork called them and told them I was going to shop around.. they did not seem to care if I went somewhere else...so I went to waconia ram, they looked over they paperwork and found walser error and explained that someone had quoted too low of price and they were just trying to play a game to get out of it. This worked out for the best, waconia got me 8500 in discounts and rebates in stead of the 4000 that walser was getting me. I would not recommend walser ,, I would recommend waconia ram it will save you money or get you more truck for the same price as a lesser truck from walser More

The code also read blower motor well.....they only changed the resistor so two days later I was back for a blower motor. That was disappointing but I have heat now. I guess second times a charm. Jordan checked me in and he was awesome even the second time when I was crabby. But my big kudo is to Jayc. She is wonderful. She was always in contact with me via text or calls. Give her a raise (Jordan too). Hopefully I won’t be back soon but that is and will be my dealership!!!! Thanks. Amy More
