Many years ago I was going through the annoying auto dealer shuffle when looking for a new car. I'd checked several dealers in the area, and always felt like I needed a shower after I left their showroo dealer shuffle when looking for a new car. I stopped by Walser in Hopkins and could tell right away this place was different from what I'd been experiencing. They had what I was looking for at the lowest price I'd found, and they did it without playing the customary showroom games. You can tell what a dealer is like by how they treat you after you sign on the dotted line. The folks at Walser have always treated me well no matter if I was buying a car or bringing one in for service. The bottom line is I grew to trust them, and that trust has grown over the years. Over the years my wife and I have bought six new cars from Walser. They make it so dang easy, their prices are good, and they've always taken care of us after the sale. Getting a new car became fun again once I found these folks. I'm not connected to Walser or anyone who works there, other than considering these folks my car dealer for life. More

Fantastic experience. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted, asked our names and they found the car we wanted to look at. We test drove 2 cars and ended up liking the second. We sat down with their finance guy, got the pricing, which was good, but decided we wanted to sleep on it. They weren't overbearing and thanked us for coming out and said they hoped we keep them in mind. We received one call the following day and we told them that we were going to hold off for a bit. We then went to check on a competitors car. The second dealership we went to was the single worst car shopping experience I have ever had. When we got there we asked to see a specific car. The salesman took us to a different car and when I asked to see the car we were looking for he said that he didn't have the keys and that we were going back inside. When we asked about pricing they kept leaving us alone for long periods of time. We decided we didn't like the car as much, and we definitely didn't want to purchase from them. They were extremely rude when we were leaving as well. We promptly went back to Walser and purchased the second car we looked at. The experience with the second dealership made us appreciate the great service and friendly attitude of Walser. More
