My car got hit by another while in the service center's care. The general manager of the dealership offered to fix it. I was told his best guy that did all the paint jobs on used vehicles before entering t care. The general manager of the dealership offered to fix it. I was told his best guy that did all the paint jobs on used vehicles before entering the lot would do the work and it would take one day. It actually took about a week and two different shots at fixing it and still wasn't done right. The first time the technician painted it the wrong color white so they kept it another day. When I returned to pick up it and looked it over with the customer service rep we found they missed a spot and you could see metal. They said they would fix it again. When I picked up their fix was merely just fixing it with touch up paint. More

We went back to this dealership vs others because we were happy with it right away. Everyone we worked with was helpful and seemed like they only wanted us to find the car we wanted, not the car they wanted happy with it right away.
