Our sales person Jacob was was very kind, systematic, and had all the paperwork together. Everything happened very timely. My one complaint is that the vehicle did not come with a physical key for the keyho had all the paperwork together. Everything happened very timely. The dealership did not offer to furnish us key/fob combos which usually come with every car so I needed to get these myself which cost over $400.
