Jacob was very kind, made everything go smoothly and quickly for a successful car purchase. His assistance and positive attitude was appreciated. The entire process went well, with the exception that the 2022 vehicle did not come with an actual key /fob combo, just an aftermarket fob. So we needed to purchase 2 of these key/fob combos from a separate company which cost over $400. This is the first time we've purchased a vehicle that did not come with 2 or even 1 key/fob combos. I would have expected the dealership to cover this cost or include it with the vehicle purchase at no charge to us. C.R. More
