Very unprofessional, I bought a vehicle a few weeks ago, on May 20, 2024 I wanted the blackout plates and was given the regular plates. I was told by the salesman that I would get a discount, When the mana on May 20, 2024 I wanted the blackout plates and was given the regular plates. I was told by the salesman that I would get a discount, When the manager and the salesman sold me the vehicle, there was no discount. No one answers the phone from sales from service or the operator anytime of the 50+ times I have called in the last few weeks. Not timely on email and still to this day, they still have not registered my vehicle as sold to the state of Minnesota. They had me drive to my credit union and back as well as my bank, as if nothing could be done online etc… If there was a way for corporate to give me a call, I would greatly appreciate it. More
Our dealer didn’t seem to know details about paperwork needed for closing. There were too many back and forth texts and miscommunication. We also discovered the drivers side back window won’t go down afte needed for closing. There were too many back and forth texts and miscommunication. They said a service rep would contact us, which didn’t happen. In all, a chaotic experience. We are unlikely to use Walden again. More
