I had an oil change and tires rotated on a 22 ram pickup. They took it upon themselves to replace the cabin filter without asking me. This is a company vehicle and has enterprise as a fleet service. I was very unhappy. they should have asked me first. I could have let them know if I wished to proceed. then They could get enterprise involved. I have to answer for this as we are expected to take care of small items on our own to keep cost down. The person looked at me like oh well. More

Had an appointment for Thursday at 11am, did not look at our vehicle until Friday at 5 pm. Fixed within an hour, but then held our vehicle until Monday to confirm the repair was covered by factory warranty our vehicle until Friday at 5 pm.
