My assigned sales person didn't seem to know much. Walser didn't honor the trade in price offered by their online group 72 hours after it had been offered. All went as planned. I was told by phone when i called previously I needed an appointment for an oil change. Very unprofessional, I bought a vehicle a few weeks ago, on May 20, 2024 I wanted the blackout plates and was given the regular plates. I was told by the salesman that I would get a discount, When the mana on May 20, 2024 I wanted the blackout plates and was given the regular plates. I was told by the salesman that I would get a discount, When the manager and the salesman sold me the vehicle, there was no discount. No one answers the phone from sales from service or the operator anytime of the 50+ times I have called in the last few weeks. Not timely on email and still to this day, they still have not registered my vehicle as sold to the state of Minnesota. They had me drive to my credit union and back as well as my bank, as if nothing could be done online etc… If there was a way for corporate to give me a call, I would greatly appreciate it. More
