My Jeep was making a strange noise that I thought might be dangerous. I went to the dealer without an appointment, hoping they could take a look. Amber got me in. The mechanic found a loose metal plate bel be dangerous. I went to the dealer without an appointment, hoping they could take a look. Amber got me in. The mechanic found a loose metal plate below the engine...and bolted it back in place. All fixed! Very happy. Thx Amber! More

Your location was very unorganized from the moment I dropped off, with having no idea why I was there even though when I called a week prior to my appointment I had told you I was being sent from anothe dropped off, with having no idea why I was there even though when I called a week prior to my appointment I had told you I was being sent from another location and that they said they had emailed you with details about what was being done by you guys and you still didn't know a week later when I showed up, to the moment I actually got to pull out because you guys had misplaced and mislabeled my key so I had to wait around while you tried to find it, you lacked communication and updates to me and it was just a negative experience overall.
