It took 43 days to replace the transmission, most of the time I had to text or call 2-4 times to get a response and some of the answers i got were contradictory of previous questions. The one time I got an unsolicited call was for them to tell me the warranty, I purchased from them, was only good for 5 days of a loaner, so that was something the salesperson glossed over. They did charge me a reduced rate for the rental, but it would have been nice to know that going in. Eventually, it did get fixed, but my truck is my business, so I lost quite a but of money because of the extended time. If you purchased a warranty through Walser on a vehicle you bought from them, you do not need to take it there, and I would suggest going someplace else. More
Philip was a great salesman and did a good job. I did feel ripped off for all the add ons and felt pressured to buy them. At that point I felt I was being taken advantage of. I have bought cars from this dealership since 2005. Wow, what happened? I used to love this place. The customer customer service and the Service dept was excellent. Now I walk in looking for an old Wow, what happened? I used to love this place. The customer customer service and the Service dept was excellent. Now I walk in looking for an old face to get the service I expect. There is so much you guys could improve. Every time I have called, (about 4 times in 5 weeks), someone told me their system was down. I cancelled items that were extra because the system was down. I even told a manager, if your system is down this much your system sucks! The Service Dept was the biggest disappoint. I'm just so disappointed overall. More
