It started out rocky, when on the chat online. I asked for a copy of the invoice. What I recieved was an itemized copy of the sticker, which plainly stated "not an invoice on the bottom". Came back in to find slightly lowball price on my trade in. Then the circle jerk of people sitting down and talking about nothing ...Pushy, pushy our financing is better. I decide to check my credit union to see if I could get a better rate, just to get out! (5 hours now) Came back next day w/ approved financing from credit union. Still not happy about trade in price. Asked to neg this and got a straight out, nope. Then how about we work on sale price. Then the run around started again, mgr getting pissy w/ me, just sign, sign, sign, then write us a personal check and get check from credit unoin to reinburse yourself...I left. Never to come back. Whew, just glad I didn't sign. I just saved $2K total at another dealer! If you can afford to lose 1-2 G's, stop in and tell them u want it and you will get it at their price, nor yours, period- Take it or leave it! More

This is a dealership that has continually improved the customer experience with each passing year. The service managers are professional, courteous, and informative. The waiting room seems to be in a continuous state of improvement to make it more customer-friendly. The service advisers conduct personal one-on-one reviews with customers every step of the way as their vehicle is being worked on, and the vehicle is returned to the customer washed on the outside, clean on the inside. I've never had to return my vehicle for re-work. This type of service isn't cheap, but I will pay for value steeped in trust that the right things will be done to ensure the safety and performance of my vehicle. In my case, my vehicle is a 2004 Jeep Liberty with well over 100,000 miles on it. It's a high-quality vehicle, anyhow, but the service I receive at Walser Chrysler Jeep Dodge ensures that it stays that way. My wife and I agree that we are going to hate giving up this vehicle when the time comes because it's been so reliable and functional, particularly in light of our Minnesota winters. He took care of our transaction from beginning to end! To be honest we had a list of 5 similar cars to look at that day. After taking a test drive, on which Tony suggested a trip that covered every type of road condition, and after getting more information on the vehicle we cancelled our plas for the rest of the day and purchased our first selection.
