In general the experience was good. The one thing that irks me a little is the price you wanted to charge for a recommended engine air filter replacement. Putting in a new one takes no more time than putting the old one back in. I think the price was like $56. I ordered a Mazda OEM filter for $20 and put it in myself. You could have sold me a filter for say $30 and installed it with no additional effort and made some money instead of none. More
