Walser Mazda is the most un-christian-like most dishonest dealership I have ever been to! We bought my car from Walser about a year and a half ago and was told that I would get 'FREE Oil changes for life" dealership I have ever been to! We bought my car from Walser about a year and a half ago and was told that I would get 'FREE Oil changes for life"...after a year and a half of recieving the free oil changes the service department said they have now discontinued the free oil change program! If I wanted to still recieve Free oil changes I would have to have services done BETWEEN the Mazda scheduled services at about $1,000- each time and also must never take it to another Mazda dealership for service! WOW! I spoke to the General Manager Charlie Swanson who could care less! My husband is serving overseas and wont be back for another year. I plan on telling every one in my church how I was treated by Walser and I hope that you also will think twice when they offer you a special to make you buy a car from them! I will NEVER do buisiness with Walser again! More
Bought a brand new top of the line tribute with extended warranty to 100000 miles. Noticed at about 95000 miles there was an oil leak, took it in and had it addressed (tightened something). At about 98000 warranty to 100000 miles. Noticed at about 95000 miles there was an oil leak, took it in and had it addressed (tightened something). At about 98000, still an oil leak, took it in and they replaced oil pan gasket. 101000 miles, car still leaking oil (couldn't tell since the oil spot in my driveway was rather large). Took it in and low and behold it's now the rear main seal and warranty will no longer cover, 1300.00 is what I was expected to pay. Called them out and was told to call warranty company which told me no go on coverage since I was over 100000. Dealership didn't do anything to help, except charge me warranty price of like 850.00. Nice, wow, thanks, maybe fix the car right the first time when it was under warranty? Not only will I never buy a extended warranty again, I will never purchase a Walser car again! I am still bitter and it's been 3 years, and to show I'm not unreasonable I would say everything was great up to the point I needed the REAL customer service. I actually know Mr. Walser and am too embarrassed to say anything to him. More

He is very good at following up to see how the experience and can make it better. I never had that kind of service before.Recently I brought my 2006 mazda 3 in cause it has a slight of rust developing i called mike up and he found out when the mazda rep was coming in and schedule a time for me to bring in the vehicle, and took care of the vehicle. Thanks walser for having mike as service manager I will look foward buying more cars in the future. More
I was on my way to Iowa for the weekend when my car started acting up. I pulled off at Walser Mazda and was greeted by Nick. He had a technician look at my car, diagnose the problem and had my car fi started acting up. I pulled off at Walser Mazda and was greeted by Nick. He had a technician look at my car, diagnose the problem and had my car fixed with me on the road in less than 2 hours. I was so grateful for his prompt service as I had plans that I needed to be in Iowa for and when my car started acting up, I was sure I was going to have to cancel my trip. I have recently moved to Minnesota and really hadn't found a place that I felt comfortable taking my car. Even tho, I actually live in downtown Minneapolis, I will bring my car to the Burnsville Mazda just because of the GREAT customer service give by Nick Halvorsen! More
We had the most wonderful experience at Walser Burnsville Mazda on June 17th. We had family fly in from Mexico, Texas, and California the day before for our wedding festivities on Saturday the 19th. We had decided to entertain the family by tubing down the Cannon River out of Welch Village. Disaster struck and we lost the keys in the river. Everything was locked in my Mazda CX-9, our phones and our purses/wallets. It was a nightmare. I called the one number I could remember, my folks, from the tubing shack. Thankfully when web called Walser Burnsville Mazda, it was Nick Halvorsen who picked up the phone. What a wonderful asset his is to your dealership. He made time for my several phone calls and asked that we do what we could to make it out ASAP. The tow truck driver got us out there as soon as he could. It was closing time, but Nick made time for us. Nick wanted be sure that I could have my vehicle for wedding set-up the next morning. Everyone worked so hard and fast, we couldn’t believe how quickly everyone was moving! Before we knew it we were out of there. I’m sure you’ve heard it many times, but I wanted to say it again. Your staff at Walser Burnsville Mazda blew us away. They were so friendly and hard working. We were VERY impressed. Please consider honoring Nick Halvorsen for a job well done. Without him, our wedding would not have been the same! Because of his hard work and dedication to his customer, we were able to get out to the wedding site first thing the next morning.
